The Board of The Meekins Institute holds an impressive list of credentials and qualifications to develop and support programs.

    Beverly Meekins, Board President & Treasurer, holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Beverly has extensive experience in accounting and financial management disciplines.  She is also author of "So You Think You Want a Business", a whimsical and no-nonsense book offering tips and common sense advice to the prospective business owner.

    Natalie Chadwell, Board Secretary, holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Jackson State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.  She has more than a decade of leadership experience in both non-profit and for-profit program administration and leadership.

    Belinda Turner, Board Member, earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Science in Information Systems from DePaul Univeristy.  Belinda is a highly experienced and accomplished information technology professional.
